CABIN RESERVATIONS:

The season for cabin rentals at Windsong Wilderness Retreat runs from June 10 through September 15. Log cabin rental is $550 per night for one to two guests, $600 per night for three to four guests. Lake and Peninsula Borough Sales Tax of 6% will also be charged.  Group size is limited to four guests. A minimum of 4 nights is required. You should reserve space as soon as possible to secure the dates most desired.

Air transportation can be arranged with a local air charter business. On the flight in and out of Twin Lakes, you will travel through spectacular Lake Clark Pass.

There is also a 16-foot boat with a 20 hp outboard, fuel for the boat, propane for cooking, firewood for heating, a propane refrigerator and a cabin size water filter.

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS:

We require a deposit of 50% to confirm reservations at the time of booking.  The balance is due on May 1.  Due to limited availability and a short operating season, stays at Windsong Wilderness Retreat are non-refundable if cancelled after May 1, even if weather or other reason beyond the lodge's control delays or prevents you getting to the lodge on the day scheduled.  The deposit, minus a $200 processing fee, will be returned for cancellation through March 1. If canceled between March 1 and May 1 then 50% of the total cost of the booking will be charged. We highly recommend travel insurance.

WEATHER DELAYS:

We will not be responsible for cancellations or delays due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control. To safeguard against unforeseen circumstances, you may want to consider trip cancellation insurance.
