DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS:

We require a deposit of 50% to confirm reservations at the time of booking.  The balance is due on May 1.  Due to limited availability and a short operating season, stays at Windsong Wilderness Retreat are non-refundable if cancelled after May 1, even if weather or other reason beyond the lodge's control delays or prevents you getting to the lodge on the day scheduled.  The deposit, minus a $100 processing fee, will be returned for cancellation through March 1. If canceled between March 1 and May 1 then 50% of the total cost of the booking will be charged. We highly recommend travel insurance.

WEATHER DELAYS:

We will not be responsible for cancellations or delays due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control. To safeguard against unforeseen circumstances, you may want to consider trip cancellation insurance.
